Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Chloros Agent ("the Service"). By creating an account or connecting an agent, you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

Chloros Agent is a safety gate and oversight layer for autonomous AI agents. It assesses actions your agents propose, applies your policies, and routes risky actions to you for approval. You remain responsible for your agents and for the decisions you make in response to alerts.

Important — the Service is an aid, not a guarantee. Risk assessment uses pattern detection and optional AI judgment. It can produce false positives and false negatives. It will not catch every dangerous action, and approving an action is your decision. The Service does not assume control of or liability for what your agents do.

2. Your account

You must provide an accurate email and keep your password and agent tokens confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country).
One human per account unless your plan explicitly allows team seats.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service to operate agents for unlawful purposes; attempt to bypass, overload, or attack the Service; reverse-engineer it to build a competing product using our non-public materials; or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the Service's integrity.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. The current plans and prices are shown in the app.
You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your plan reverts to Free at the end of the paid period.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle.

5. The kill switch and availability

The kill switch and approval flow depend on the Service being reachable and on your agent honoring the gate. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Configure your agents to fail safe (block, not proceed) if they cannot reach the gate.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties you choose to enable — Stripe, Anthropic (optional AI layer), Telegram, push providers, and your agent platform (e.g. OpenClaw). Your use of those is governed by their terms, and we aren't responsible for them.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in your own data and your agents. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service per these terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from actions your agents take, from missed or mistaken risk assessments, or from your approval decisions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
